That’s why Fitness Concepts offers a very special Karate program just for children. The class is taught by expert instructor Kathy Stone, a student in Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts.

Cuong Nhu (“kung-new”) is a multi-disciplinary blend of several different styles of Karate that emphasizes self-defense and strengthening joints and muscles.
