The best group exercise classes around!

Any gym can get a bunch of people together and then slap on some music. That’s not the way we do things at Fitness Concepts. Our group classes are all designed by world-renowned fitness expert Les Mills and will get you moving and in shape FAST.

Whether you’re a beginner or have extensive experience in group classes, there’s a program for you at Fitness Concepts!

Club Closings
If school is delayed, all morning classes are canceled. If school lets out early due to inclement weather, no evening classes.
