I’ve filled Fitness Concepts with more than just the best equipment – I’ve also staffed it with the best people. My staff is made up of fitness experts who just don’t sleep well if they haven’t done everything under the sun to help you get fit and STAY fit.
Another motivation for founding Fitness Concepts was to give people a comfortable place to go when they wanted to exercise. A special place where people could use state of the art equipment and be treated like kings and queens by a caring knowledgeable staff.
Fitness Concepts represents the culmination of these dreams – and a chance for you to get in shape and live healthier than you ever thought possible.

Group Exercise
The best group exercise classes around!
Any gym can get a bunch of people together and then slap on some music. That’s not the way we do things at Fitness Concepts. Our group classes are all designed by world-renowned fitness expert Les Mills and will get you moving and in shape FAST.
Whether you’re a beginner or have extensive experience in group classes, there’s a program for you at Fitness Concepts!
Club Closings
If school is delayed, ALL morning classes are
canceled but the club will
be open.
If schools are closed and the roads are passable, the club will be open, please call ahead for afternoon classes.
