Any gym can get a bunch of people together and then slap on some music. That’s not the way we do things at Fitness Concepts. Our group classes are all designed by world-renowned fitness expert Les Mills and will get you moving and in shape FAST.

Club Closings If school is delayed, all morning classes are canceled. If school lets out early due to inclement weather, no evening classes.
